CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is agreed that this contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria
and the execution hereof shall be deemed to have taken place within Nigeria. Each
party hereby agrees that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute shall be in the
Courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
